Miramar Villas sono 2 esclusivi appartamenti situati sulla bellissima e rinomata costa ovest dell’isola di Barbados, “la Gemma dei Caraibi”. E’ la meta ideale per chi ama la spiaggia, il mare tranquillo, lo shopping, la buona cucina, la vita notturna ma anche il relax totale o il golf; è proprio qui che si trovano i campi top-class conosciuti in tutto il mondo, a pochi minuti di macchina dal Royal Westmoreland o dal Sandy Lane.

La spiaggia dorata di sabbia è a soli 200 mt. di distanza dagli appartamenti, incantevole e ricca di vegetazione, con il mare tranquillo ideale per una nuotata, lo sci nautico, la vela, lo snorkeling o il diving.

A cinque minuti d’auto si trova Holetown dove si trovano market, negozi con marche prestigiose e ristoranti di alto livello con cucina internazionale e locale.

L’appartamento numero 2 è situato al primo piano e gode di una veranda che offre una incantevole vista sull’oceano e sul giardino, un ampio e luminoso salone con una grande cucina dotata di tutti gli accessori quali servizio di piatti, bicchieri, posate, pentole, tazze, cucina con 4 fornelli elettrici e forno, frigorifero con freezer, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane e quant’altro necessario per rendere la cucina operativa per ogni esigenza.

L’appartamento è anche dotato di Televisione a colori via cavo, Cassaforte, Connessione Internet veloce, lettore CD con radio, asse e ferro da stiro ed asciugacapelli.

Al piano terra si trovano due lavatrici a disposizione degli ospiti per il loro bucato. Ha due camere da letto doppie e ognuna con il proprio bagno. (Per 1/5 persone).

Booking, Cancellations and Security Deposit

After the Apartment Confirmation, if you pay through a Bank Wire Transfer, we need to get a copy of the payment. The Bank Transfer order has to be made in USD (US Dollar) in our bank account without any cost to our side and within few days from the confirmation. The balance must be paid strictly at the arrival at the check-in in USD, with the security deposit (against loss, damages or extraordinary cleaning) which is 200 USD for all Apartments except Blue Ocean Villa, Cotton Bay House, Beyond Apartment and Sea-Winds Apartment for which is 400 USD, which will be refunded at the end of the stay. At the end of the stay if there will be noticed damages to the apartment or to its goods, the management reserves the right of asking a compensation or to retain the security deposit.

Payments

After deciding to proceed with the booking of the selected apartment, you have 3 different types of payment:

- Wire Bank Transfer
Make it to our bank account without charges for our side within a maximum of 4 days after our booking confirmation; any bank charge or exchange fee debited to us from your correspondent banks, will be charged at the arrival. The balance (if the booking is less than 30 days before the arrival) must be paid in US dollars on arrival directly here in Barbados, unless you decide to pay directly the total amount. Please remember to send us a copy of the bank transfer via email as soon as you do it, with also our "ORDER NUMBER" as the motivation.

- Credit Card
We also accept Visa and Master Card, so that you can even pay your booking safely from your home, at an additional cost of 3.5% on the top of the transaction (bank costs for the service).

- Paypal:
We also accept PayPal payments that you can do safely from your home too, at an additional cost of 4% on the total of the transaction (for the service fee).

Security Deposit

The security deposit against loss, damage, or extraordinary cleaning is 200 USD for all Apartments except for Blue Ocean Villa, Cotton Bay, Sea-Winds Apartment # 5 and Beyond Apartment, for which is 400 USD; the security deposit is required upon arrival in cash in US dollars and will be refund at the end of the stay. If at the end of your stay there will be find a damage to the apartment or to its goods, the management reserves the right to claim a compensation to the host and / or withhold the partial or total deposit.
