Queste 3 case hanno una vista mozzafiato e sono ubicate nella zona più a sud dell’isola. Le case finemente ammobiliate sono esposte alle gentili brezze degli alisei e ad alcune delle spiaggie più belle ed inesplorate dell’isola con sabbia bianca finissima: Long Bay, Silver Sands, Round Rock e Silver Point. Le tre proprietà di Essex Bay sono circondate da acque chiare e cristalline. C’è un visibilità eccellente sino a 50 piedi. Il nuoto e lo snorkelling sono superbi. Il surf è eccezionale sullo shore break a pochi passi dalla vostra casa. La zona è anche conosciuta a livello internazionale come uno dei migliori spot a livello mondiale. La vita è casual e senza stress secondo la vera tradizione Barbadiana. Il pub locale Surfers Bay è uno dei migliori sull’isola.
The Great House
Riservata, ben posizionata, di fronte al mare, è una villa con 3 o 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni di cui 2 con doccia e un’ampia terrazza con vista sull’oceano tropicale, giardino privato e area per il barbecue. Questa casa ha un salone (open space) con zona pranzo, radio e lettore CD, connessione internet wireless veloce, 3 ampie camere da letto con ventole a soffitto e letti doppi alla francese, una sala lettura/Tv con lettore DVD che ha la possibilità di diventare la quarta con un letto singolo, una grande cucina completa di tutto con ventola a soffitto, un grande frigo, freezer, tostapane, micronde e cucina elettrica con forno. La sala da pranzo si affaccia su una grande veranda con tavolo, sedie e poltrone ed ha una vista unica sul mare e sul giardino, attorniato da palme da cocco, fiori ed una vegetazione lussureggiante. La proprietà ha uno sgabuzzino per attrezzature per sport aquatici e doccie esterne. C’e’ anche una grande zona parcheggio recintata di fronte alla proprieta’.

Payments
After deciding to proceed with the booking of the selected apartment, you have 3 different types of payment:
- Wire Bank Transfer
Make it to our bank account without charges for our side within a maximum of 4 days after our booking confirmation; any bank charge or exchange fee debited to us from your correspondent banks, will be charged at the arrival. The balance (if the booking is less than 30 days before the arrival) must be paid in US dollars on arrival directly here in Barbados, unless you decide to pay directly the total amount. Please remember to send us a copy of the bank transfer via email as soon as you do it, with also our "ORDER NUMBER" as the motivation.
- Credit Card
We also accept Visa and Master Card, so that you can even pay your booking safely from your home, at an additional cost of 3.5% on the top of the transaction (bank costs for the service).
- Paypal:
We also accept PayPal payments that you can do safely from your home too, at an additional cost of 4% on the total of the transaction (for the service fee).
Security Deposit
The security deposit against loss, damage, or extraordinary cleaning is 200 USD for all Apartments except for Blue Ocean Villa, Cotton Bay, Sea-Winds Apartment # 5 and Beyond Apartment, for which is 400 USD; the security deposit is required upon arrival in cash in US dollars and will be refund at the end of the stay. If at the end of your stay there will be find a damage to the apartment or to its goods, the management reserves the right to claim a compensation to the host and / or withhold the partial or total deposit.
