La villa si trova vicino ad Enterprise Bay, sulla costa sud dell’isola, vicinissima alla famosissima Miami Beach, all’interno di un complesso recintato accessibile solo ai residenti. Dispone di tre camere da letto climatizzate con tre bagni su due piani. La camera da letto principale si trova al piano superiore ed ha un bagno en-suite, letto KING SIZE, ed armadio a cabina ed offre uno scorcio dell’incantevole mare. La seconda camera sempre al primo piano ha un bagno en-suite con armadio a cabina, un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo disponibile su richiesta se necessario.
La terza camera da letto si trova al piano terra ed ha un letto matrimoniale full size con il bagno che si trova proprio a fianco. E’ disponibile un’ulteriore camera per gli ospiti fornita di ventilatori a soffitto. Anche la zona giorno e’ dotata di aria condizionata, offre tutti i confort e si affaccia su uno splendido patio dove si puo’ mangiare o rilassare il quale si affaccia a sua volta su un rigoglioso giardino.
La cucina di design italiano offre: piano cottura, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e piani di lavoro in marmo. C’e’ anche una zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. La casa dispone di ventilatori a soffitto in ogni camera, TV via cavo nel soggiorno e alta high speed Wi-Fi.

Payments
After deciding to proceed with the booking of the selected apartment, you have 3 different types of payment:
- Wire Bank Transfer
Make it to our bank account without charges for our side within a maximum of 4 days after our booking confirmation; any bank charge or exchange fee debited to us from your correspondent banks, will be charged at the arrival. The balance (if the booking is less than 30 days before the arrival) must be paid in US dollars on arrival directly here in Barbados, unless you decide to pay directly the total amount. Please remember to send us a copy of the bank transfer via email as soon as you do it, with also our "ORDER NUMBER" as the motivation.
- Credit Card
We also accept Visa and Master Card, so that you can even pay your booking safely from your home, at an additional cost of 3.5% on the top of the transaction (bank costs for the service).
- Paypal:
We also accept PayPal payments that you can do safely from your home too, at an additional cost of 4% on the total of the transaction (for the service fee).
Security Deposit
The security deposit against loss, damage, or extraordinary cleaning is 200 USD for all Apartments except for Blue Ocean Villa, Cotton Bay, Sea-Winds Apartment # 5 and Beyond Apartment, for which is 400 USD; the security deposit is required upon arrival in cash in US dollars and will be refund at the end of the stay. If at the end of your stay there will be find a damage to the apartment or to its goods, the management reserves the right to claim a compensation to the host and / or withhold the partial or total deposit.
