Il design di Blue Ocean Villa e’ stato concepito per offrire ai nostri ospiti un ampio e luminoso spazio aperto ed anche per far godere loro della piacevole brezza oceanica costantemente presente in questa parte dell’isola. L’appartamento e’ situato al primo piano ed e’ costruito in muratura e Kabakalli un legno esotico originario della Guyana, prezioso, compatta, molto duro e dal suo aspetto molto elegante.
Blue Ocean Villa ha un grande open-space, sala da pranzo / soggiorno / cucina, completamente arredato con tutti gli accessori come piatti, bicchieri, posate, pentole, tazze, cucina a gas con quattro fuochi e forno a gas, frigorifero con congelatore, lavastoviglie , tostapane, caffettiera, macchina per gelato, macchina del pane, macchina americana per il caffè e tutti gli accessori necessari per rendere operativa la cucina per ogni esigenza. La sala da pranzo e’ molto luminosa e ventilata ed e’ dotata di persiane con zanzariere, 2 comodi divani, prese 110/220 volt (americane, canadesi, inglesi, italiane, tedesche etc.), un salotto in rattan sintetico, due tavoli, TV piatta a 32″ con oltre 100 canali internazionali, stereo lettore CD con radio e ferro da stiro.
Tre grandi porte francesi si aprono sulla veranda che e’ attrezzata con tavolo e sedie, 2 poltrone entrambe realizzate in rattan sintetico e barbecue; da qui e’ possibile ammirare il magnifico oceano (da qui il nome della casa), che si trova a soli 70 metri; inoltre durante il giorno e’ anche possibile ammirare le tartarughe di mare e qualche volta anche le balene. Dal salone si accede al soppalco tramite una scala in legno, dove si trovano le due camere da letto entrambe con finestre, persiane e zanzariere: la Sunrise Bedroom con letto matrimoniale queen size, comodini, letto singolo extra, armadio e poltrona e l’altra camera da letto la Sunset con letto doppio alla francese, armadio, sedia e comodini. Entrambe le camere hanno il proprio split autonomo dell’aria condizionata che e’ disponibile ad un supplemento a notte o al giorno a causa dell’alto costo dell’energia sull’isola.
Il bagno e’ dotato di asciugacapelli, lavandino, water e una doccia molto grande. Su richiesta e’ disponibile anche una culla per bambini fino a 5 anni comprensiva di lenzuola, cuscino e protezioni ad un piccolo supplemento. Tutte le finestre o le persiane hanno la zanzariere sali scendi; ci sono anche due ventilatori a soffitto, cassaforte, ferro da stiro, libri, giochi da tavolo, il libro informativo sul posto e sull’isola di Barbados con volantini di escursioni, brochure varie e mappe. E’ disponibile gratuitamente la Connessione Internet con Fibra Ottica ad alta velocità Wi-Fi ed anche la presa Ethernet con 300 MBps di velocità in download e 100 MBps in upload. (Per 1-5 persone massimo).

FABULOUS STAY IN PARADISE! After reading reviews for hours we finally decided upon Blue Ocean Villa in Christ Church, Barbados. From the initial correspondence to arrival and through departure, Stefano (the owner) was attentive to detail and always readily available to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our transfers both to and from the airport were both punctual and courteous (Rodney, our driver, even brought us by a small grocery upon arrival to pick up a few necessities before dropping us at Blue Ocean). The sound of crashing waves and the beauty of the turquoise blue water never grew tiring as we sat on the verandah at various times throughout the day. We were very close to some quality surf breaks that were either in walking distance or a few minutes drive by car (Freights is a must). The villa was very well equipped with all the various accoutrements to be able to cook while on extended holiday, but why would you want to toil in the kitchen with Oistin's or Surfer's Cafe only 5 minutes drive away, or the hidden gem, Surfer's Bay, only a few minutes walk down the road on one of the most beautifully, peaceful stretches of jagged coral and sandy beach on the south coast. The property is well-taken care of, the owners (Stefano and Elizabetta) are wonderful, and the Bajan population are so friendly. This would be the only place we would ever consider staying when we go back to, what we consider to be, one of the most beautiful places on the planet.

PRENUPTIAL CELEBRATION! ***** We are a group of five friends in our mid-twenties. We chose Blue Ocean because its online reviews suggested a well appointed cottage in the beautiful Silver Sands area. We were not disappointed. The online pictures of Blue Ocean accurately reflect its character and charm. Even though it is in a safe area, the facility's security is impressive and reassuring. Between two guest bedrooms upstairs plus a foldout couch downstairs, we had more than enough space. We paid for extra air conditioning unnecessary but one considers the night breeze, but was a nice luxury. We had plenty of space, not only to sleep, but to relax. The outdoor patio boasted an amazing dining space that optimized the ocean view. All rooms, including the bathroom, were spotless on arrival. Generally, the house was very well maintained. The kitchen facilities and outdoor barbecue were excellent! We bought fresh fish from Oistins and barbecued on our ocean front patio daily. The location in this Silver Sands neighbourhood was wonderful. There was a culture of kindness among the surrounding homes and we got to know many people during our stay! Steve's Surf Bar is 1 minute away and is one of the most fun places to chill. The cottage was also a 5 minute walk away to the city bus, which made Oistins, St. Lawrence Gap and Bridgetown easily accessible. There are two beaches very close by, including Deaction Beach where the famous Brian Talma gives lessons in windsailing, kiteboarding, Suping and surfing. We had an incredible time with him. Miami (Enterprise) Beach is further (a scenic 30 minute walk) but was our favourite beach to swim in. Stefano and Elizabetta were kind and welcoming. Staying in the apartment next door to us, they were available whenever we had any questions. The were friendly without being obtrusive. We truly had a pleasant stay at Blue Ocean thanks to their diligence and hospitality.

Upon arrival Stefano and Elisabetta greeted us and were nothing but kind and accommodating the entire trip. BLUE OCEAN VILLA - PERFECT SPOT FOR A SPORT VACATION! ***** Whether you look for windsurf - kitesurf or surf, Kabakalli apartments are perfectly located. My husband, my daughter (21) and I had a fantastic stay in Blue Ocean Villa from 10 to 19 March. Near Silver Sands beach and Surfer's Point in a quiet area far from big hotels, this confortable chattel house is the perfect spot if you need cleanliness, comfort and relax. Stefano and Elisabetta, the owners are really nice and helpful and we really appreciated their hints and their company in the morning or evening on the way back from the beach. Stefano helped us to rent a car so that we could visit a lot of interesting places all around the island. The villa is spacious with a nice kitchen, a big fridge, dishwasher, big shower, and everything you need. But what we liked best was the wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean perfect for breakfast and dinner. We still miss that place and we recommend it to everyone looking for a warm and friendly atmosphere. All the best to Stefano and Eli and a special hug to Maya.

BLUE OCEAN VILLA IS WONDERFUL ALL AROUND! ***** My husband, our two 20 something daughters and I had a fantastic 8 days in Barbados at the Blue Ocean Villa. Our hosts Stefano and Elisabetta were wonderful, very helpful with directions and recommendations for places to see and places to eat. As it turned out we ended up spending most of our time right in the area of the Villa as my husband enjoyed windsurfing almost everyday, (a 5 minute walk up the shoreline to the launch at Silver Sands Beach), and my daughters and I were happy just soaking up the sun and surf. We had most of our meals right on the covered balcony dining area of the Villa overlooking the ocean. It was great to have a kitchen, as the restaurants were out of our budget. There is a funky little beach bar just a 2 minute walk from Blue Ocean for a drink, late lunch or dinner. If you love the beach culture, love to surf, windsurf or kite board, this is the area to be in. The vibe at Blue Ocean Villa is warm, casual and fun and I highly recommend a stay here if going to Barbados.

GREAT STAY ***** - We are 3 french families with children and we have spent 12 days in Blue Ocean villa + Yellow bird apartment. We have really enjoyed our stay in the house.Everything was ok . The owner is very kind and make you fell at home. We have really enjoyed the BBQ on the terrace with the view on the sea. It is a very nice and quite area. I recommend you this accomodation and I advice you to go to Surfers bay cafA to drink a Banks!

Qualora alla fine del soggiorno si dovessero riscontrare dei danni all'appartamento o a beni dello stesso, la direzione si riserva il diritto di chiedere il risarcimento all'ospite e/o di trattenere il deposito cauzionale parziale o complessivo.
