Waking up daily to sunlight streaming in through the windows, with a cool breeze was exactly what we needed.
The apartment was very comfortable, and situated on a more private side of the building- perfect for our needs to decompress and relax.
While there, you must visit Surfer’s Bay – a short sub-5 min walk from the property-great live music and food!
If you’re an avid runner–there are great neighbourhoods across from the property so easily hit 3-5 Km in -with beautiful sea views.

(English) Highly recommend!! This was the second place we stayed while on our honeymoon in Barbados. It is one of four apartments in the building with a shared yard, but you have your own little patio space with a table, chairs, and a lounge chair. We found it to still have a lot of privacy even with the shared environment. The apartment and surrounding area was gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. We kept the windows open the entire time to enjoy the incredible breeze and didn’t end up needing AC at all. We loved staying there for the week and enjoyed the peacefulness of being a little outside of town. Stefano was very friendly and quick to respond if we needed anything. We were very sad to leave and hope to return!

(English) We booked the apartment late and did not realise Barbados was such a popular place during the Christmas Holiday season. Stefano was super communicative for a long period before and during our stay. He also helped us find a rental car (which was not easy) and gave us recommendations regarding places to Kite, Windsurf and surf.
Location is the best on the island and a nice mix of local houses and international people’s holiday homes.
Apartments are super simple and have all you need to cook at home.
We had a great time!

(English) Great stay at Royal Palms! The apartment is very spacious with a large well-kept garden area that feels quite private. Stefano and Elisabetta were extremely responsive and on hand for any questions or difficulties we ran into. Location is just across the road from the beach but in a really quiet area, with a lovely family friendly beach bar/restaurant at the end of the street. I’d highly recommend staying here!

(English) Barbados! People go for so many reasons. If your a surfer like me, the location is excellent about 5 minutes by car is the famous Freights Break.
If you’re not coming to surf, the location is close to several beautiful swimming beaches, (bottom bay and cranes being my favorites)and a short 2 minute walk from an excellent beachside dinner spot called Surfers bay bar and restaurant. Excellent food and beautiful ambiance with the waves crashing nearby and a cool walking path.
The accomodations were lovely, i stayed in white coconut apt. Super clean and private, overlooking a large grassy field with a few cows and beautiful white “cattle egrets” that follow them.
The value for the location and quality of the accomodation was off the charts!.
Finally the owners, Stefano and Elisabetta were awesome. Stephano, himself a waterman and huge watersports enthusiast went out of his way to greet me and spend time with me advising me where to surf and eat.

(English) We had an amazing stay at the Frangipani apartment! Stefano and Elisabetta were excellent hosts, very freindly, eager to help us if we needed anything and very responsive. They also offered us plenty of space.
The apartment has everything we needed. We like to cook our own meals and appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked. Comfortable bed. Great little seating area on the veranda. The apartment is within walking distance to several beaches. I was even able to walk all the way to Eastern end of Long Bay, along the coast from the path located just outside the apartment. I was also able to jog over to Miami/Enterprise Beach. We enjoyed strolling the path in front of Surfer’s Bay restaurant in the evenings. We definitely loved the space and can’t wait to bring our family back!

(English) We stayed at Stefano and Elisabetta’s Two Palms apartment and everything was as described and pretty much perfect for us. The hosts were responsive and helpful and the area was beautiful with a great beach bar at the end of the road which had frequent live music. We didn’t hire a car and used the island buses which very frequent and and easy to use. There were a couple of small secluded beaches nearby and it was an easy walk (maybe a couple of miles) to the beaches and bars at Oistins. We found Silver Sands to be peaceful and secluded but within easy reach of busier resorts. Stefano and Elisabetta were great hosts and we appreciated details such the detailed file of information, linen and towel changes, etc..

(English) The apartment was in a superb location with a lovely beach bar/ restaurant at the end of the road. It was a peaceful safe area in a lovely residential neighbourhood of Barbados. We had a few issues with the accommodation during our stay which were sorted out by Stefano and Elisabeth straight away . Would recommend renting a car to get around.

(English) Elizabetta and Stefani were wonderful hosts! We hadn’t realized that the apartment we had booked did not have ac and they switched us to another one that did.
This is a great spot for surfers, but be aware that despite the address of Silver Sands there is no beach near the apartments, however “Miami Beach” is only 10 minutes away and they have chairs and umbrellas to rent. We recommend Seon as your taxi driver, you can have him drop you off and set a time to pick you back up ~ he was never late!
Overall a great place or stay in beautiful Barbados!

Die Unterkunft hat vollkommen unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen, sodass wir uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden regelmäßig gewechselt.
Ich kann die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Direkt nebenan ist ein wunderschönes Restaurant direkt am Wasser, wo regelmäßig eine Liveband spielt. Besser hätte es nicht sein können! Danke Stefano!

(English) Stefano & Elisabetta’s slice of paradise was the perfect place to begin my time in Barbados.
They are extremely helpful and responsive, warm and welcoming.
They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay and helped make sure I had everything arranged on arrival.
The pictures don’t do justice to how lovely the rooms are, with sweet beach touches throughout, beautiful art and the sound of hustling palms through the huge windows. You have everything you need in your private space, but know that people are nearby if needs be.
Silver sands is beautiful and the perfect location to get around but live in peace. Also surfers bay is a great spot with live music on Sundays.
I did not want to leave. & for sure I will be back. Thankyou both

The apartment is located in a very peaceful part of Silver Sands right by the ocean, within walking distance to a couple of beaches, the closest of which felt like we had to ourselves during our stay which was amazing. There was also a beautiful sea-front bar/restaurant that had live music ~100m down the road.
Getting around to the busier parts including Oistins, St Lawrence Gap and Bridgetown was super easy! There were frequent buses every 2/3mins nearby that take you to these locations – we found this to be an awesome way of seeing Barbados and spending time with the locals who are the nicest people I have ever met!
We didn’t hire a car during our stay, as we made use of the buses to take us around the island. We visited the main botanical gardens in the center of the island easily using the public transport. I’m sure hiring a car would’ve useful to visit more parts of the island especially the northern areas.

Transport from the airport to Stefano’s with Rodney, a very charismatic driver who stopped at a mini market before reaching destination, was a bonus. Did my morning run on the beautiful coast trail stunning sunrises. Private little beaches with lots of trees to shelter from the sun are amazing. Bring your hammock! Wingfoilers, kitesurfers, windsurfers and surfers or fans this is your spot! Nature & beach lovers too! This spot is in a quite neighbourhood, villas in front an Stefano’s spot right across the street. Cant see the sea but definitely hear and smell it very well. Hearing the waves at night and having this wonderful brise throughout the apartment made my night! Surfer’s bay restaurant, 5 min walk, campfire and vast land just to relax unique setting right on the edge of the shore amazing view of the sea. Get fresh fish at the Oinstin fish market it’s a must! thank you Stefano and take care

Also just minutes away from a great bar/restaurant (Surfers Bay). I went for water-sports (wing foiling) and it was a fantastic spot for it. My hosts were always really responsive and accomodating. Could not recommend highly enough.

Fell asleep in the hammock and drifted away with the breeze coming off the ocean–if it’s a cool night you can’t sleep with the windows open and hear the waves crashing. Dover beach is close by and it’s an amazing spot to frequent from here. You can get the quiet and have access to all of Oistins. Barbados is very small so everything is 20-30 mins away regardless. Beautiful spot and lovely hosts!

The apartment has mosquito nets throughout and the option of using AC (with an additional fee). However, it was quite breezy and the AC was not needed. I highly recommend it.

(English) We visited Barbados for the first time iin February 2023 and Stefano & Elisabetta were so helpful and made our trip a huge success. Nothing too much trouble and they communicated with us before, during and after our visit with useful information and recommendations which we were so grateful to recieve. Stefano organised hire car and boat trip and neither disappointed. We are not very organised and fear without a little help we wouldn’t have got around to it!
The apartment was perfect, really well equipped kitchen which we took advantage of on several occasions when too tired to eat out! Bed linnen and towels were changed on three occasions during our two week stay which was really appreciated. The little terrace was perfect and very private for breakfast and later in the day for playing cards and drinking rum!
I would recomend a car at this location as it is a little remote, however the buses run regular and are inexpensive. Great stay, wonderful hosts, beautiful Barbados!

(English) Great, quiet place to stay for our first trip to Barbados. Perfect location for kite surfers and very close to the ocean but not for swimming. A bit far to walk to restaurants and shops so a car rental would be a good idea but there is public transportation about a 10 minute walk away. Close to the airport and the hosts arranged a ride from the airport which was welcomed and a shout out to Seon as he took us to a small shop before the rental so we could stock up on supplies first. We did not realize how far a walk it was to the food shop so that got us off on the right foot.
The actual apartment was clean, had everything we needed and was very quiet and peaceful. A good place for a couple for a short stay. On our walks to catch the ZR taxis, we encountered cows, egrets, and monkeys so it was always a pleasant walk and adventure.
The biggest takeaway for us is the Bajan people. We travel a fair bit and have never encountered such beautiful, kind and happy people anywhere to date.

(English) We had such an amazing time at Sefano and Elisabetta’s place. The location is amazing – close to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle, yet a 2 minute walk to the Surfer’s Bay Beach Bar, close to the best surf breaks on the south coast, and under 10 minutes into Oistins for the supermarket, fish fry, and all the amenities. My partner and I both work from home, and the internet was fantastic during our whole month-long stay. Sefano was incredibly responsive, communicative, and flexible with both check-in and check-out. He gave us great suggestions on places to go and things to see. We had a family member visit, and he went out of his way to help us find her a place to stay just steps away from us, on the same street. Overall, we loved the place, the location, and our hosts. 10/10 would recommend. In fact, we plan to rent from Stefano and Elisabetta again next winter. Thanks again guys!

(English) We are a family of 4 and stayed at Stefano’s place for 2 weeks over the Christmas holidays.
I was impressed by how friendly and helpful Stefano has been, he gave us a lot of suggestions about the activities to do and see and even arranged an airport transfer for us.
The place itself was even better than it looked in the picture, very clean and fitted with new furniture and appliances.
We would definitely recommend staying with Stefano on your next trip to Barbados!

(English) We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the White Coconut Studio.
From the time we booked, communication with Stefano and Elisabetta was quick and easy. They were always responsive, informative and helpful (like booking our transfers from and to the airport and facilitating a car rental mid-stay). The studio was exactly as advertised with a comfy bed, a small, but fully equipped kitchen and a bright and clean bathroom. We enjoyed morning coffee walking the path along the shoreline and breakfasts on our private deck.
The studio is about a 10 minute car or bus ride to Oistens and Miami Beach and so sun, fun and food were easily accessible, but coming back to the studio at night and only hearing the surf and the tree frogs as you go to sleep was oh so relaxing!
