The apartment has a big and brighter open space where you can enjoy the very pleasant oceanic breeze constantly present in this part of the island. It has 2 different floors with very elegant furnitures. Sea Winds 2 Bedroom Apartment has at the first floor the dining / living / kitchen area fully furnished with all accessories such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, cups, electric stove with four burners and oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave and all the necessary. The dining-room is very bright and windy and its equipped with windows with mosquito nets, a comfortable sofa with 2 harm chairs, 110 volt sockets, a big table for 6 people, Flat Color Tv, Satellite channels.
A large french door is faced to the balcony which has a table with 4 chairs from where it’s possible to admire a magnificent sunrise and the wonderful ocean, which is only 80 metres far. At the same floor there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer at complete disposal of our guests for their laundry and an extra toilette.
From the living-room you can reach the second floor, where you can find two bedrooms with fans, mosquito net and double french beds. Both rooms have their own Air Conditioned with independent splits. There are two independent bathrooms with basin, toilette and a large shower. Free high speed wireless Internet connection (Wi-Fi) available with also Ethernet cable.
At the ground floor of the building there is also a reserved internal parking for the property. The apartment is located in front of the wonderful beach of Silver Rock, paradise for kiters and windsurfers.

Payments
After deciding to proceed with the booking of the selected apartment, you can pay in this way:
- Wire Bank Transfer
A 20% deposit is requested via bank wire transfer into our bank account without charges for our side within a maximum of 4 days after our booking confirmation; any bank charge or exchange fee debited to us from your correspondent banks, will be charged at the arrival. The balance (if the booking is less than 30 days before the arrival) must be paid in cash in US dollars on arrival directly in Barbados. Please remember to send us a copy of the bank transfer via email as soon as you do it, with also our "ORDER NUMBER" as the motivation.

We also accept PayPal payments that you can do safely from your home too, at an additional cost of 4% on the total of the transaction (for the service fee).
Security Deposit
The security deposit against loss, damage, or extraordinary cleaning is 200 USD for all Apartments except for Blue Ocean Villa, Cotton Bay, Sea-Winds Apartment # 5 and Beyond Apartment, for which is 400 USD; the security deposit is required upon arrival in cash in US dollars and will be refund at the end of the stay. If at the end of your stay there will be find a damage to the apartment or to its goods, the management reserves the right to claim a compensation to the host and / or withhold the partial or total deposit.
