Le design de la chattel house a été conçu pour pouvoir offrir à nos hôtes un grand espace lumineux en plein air et aussi pour profiter paisiblement de l’air marin de l’Océan, tout de le temps présent dans cette partie de l’ile. L’appartement si situe au premier étage, construit en béton et en Kabakalli , un bois exotique originaire de la Guyane, précieux, compact, très dur, et d’aspect très élégant. Ocean Cottage est composé d’un grand salon open-space avec salle à manger, coin cuisine et tous les accessoires nécessaires comme assiettes, verres, couverts, casseroles, tasses, la cuisinière à gaz avec 4 fourneaux et four, un frigidaire avec congélateur, un grille-pain et tant d’autres choses qui peuvent être utile à la cuisine et pour cuisiner.
Au rez-de-chaussée il y a une grande machine à laver disponible pour tous nos hôtes pour laver leur linge. Le salon est très lumineux, ventilé, avec moustiquaire, il y a deux confortables canapés-lits pour 4 personnes, des prises à 110 Volt et une à 220 Volt, un petit salon en rattan synthétique, deux tables dont une grande, une télévision à couleur, radio avec CD et un fer à repasser. Trois grandes portes-fenêtres donnent sur la véranda composée de hamac et un petit salon en ecorattan d’où l’on peut admirer l’aube et l’océan (d’où l’origine du nom de l’appartement), et à seulement cinquante mètres de distance durant la journée vous pouvez très souvent observer les tortues de mer qui vont en haut et en bas pour respirer et pour chasser.
Du salon on peut aller dans le loft par les escaliers en bois où il y a deux chambres dotées de moustiquaire dont une avec un lit pour deux personnes et l’autre avec un lit style français et un lit pour une personne. Dans la salle de bain il y a un lavabo, un cabinet de toilette et une grande douche. Le Blue Ocean Cottage, l’appartement Yellow Bird et White Coconut, sont tous situés au premier étage et ils ont tous des portes communicantes à l’intérieur, il est donc éventuellement possible selon le nombre de personne de les ouvrir pour créer un espace plus grand pour un groupe maximum de 12 personnes.
Sur demande, un lit bébé est disponible pour les enfants jusqu’à 5 ans ou éventuellement un petit lit en plus, un petit supplément est à payer. La ligne Wireless est disponible gratuitement. (N.b. Blue Ocean Cottage peut accueillir de 1 à 5 personnes et, avec les deux autres appartements communicants, jusqu’à 14 personnes).
Extra supplement per person (adults or children) per night over the first 2 guests when available is 10 USD in all Seasons for Green Garden Apartment, Blue Ocean Villa, Yellow Bird Apartment, Sea-view Apartment, Two Palms Apartment, Emerald Palms Apartment, Frangipani Apartment, Apartment-2 and Moon Raker.

Payments
After deciding to proceed with the booking of the selected apartment, you have 3 different types of payment:
- Wire Bank Transfer
Make it to our bank account without charges for our side within a maximum of 4 days after our booking confirmation; any bank charge or exchange fee debited to us from your correspondent banks, will be charged at the arrival. The balance (if the booking is less than 30 days before the arrival) must be paid in US dollars on arrival directly here in Barbados, unless you decide to pay directly the total amount. Please remember to send us a copy of the bank transfer via email as soon as you do it, with also our "ORDER NUMBER" as the motivation.
- Credit Card
We also accept Visa and Master Card, so that you can even pay your booking safely from your home, at an additional cost of 3.5% on the top of the transaction (bank costs for the service).
- Paypal:
We also accept PayPal payments that you can do safely from your home too, at an additional cost of 4% on the total of the transaction (for the service fee).
Security Deposit
The security deposit against loss, damage, or extraordinary cleaning is 200 USD for all Apartments except for Blue Ocean Villa, Cotton Bay, Sea-Winds Apartment # 5 and Beyond Apartment, for which is 400 USD; the security deposit is required upon arrival in cash in US dollars and will be refund at the end of the stay. If at the end of your stay there will be find a damage to the apartment or to its goods, the management reserves the right to claim a compensation to the host and / or withhold the partial or total deposit.
