L’appartamento ha una grande camera da letto luminosa con un comodo letto king size, lenzuola di cotone di alta qualità con un bel design, comodini, lampade, ventilatore a soffitto, armadio e due finestre con zanzariere e barre di sicurezza. All’ingresso si trova la nuova cucina completamente attrezzata che ha un tavolo in bambù con 4 sedie, una grande cucina a gas con 6 fuochi e forno, un grosso frigorifero con freezer, un doppio lavabo, mobili da cucina, caffettiera italiana, macchina da caffè americana, tostapane, frullatore, posate, piatti, bicchieri, pentole, ventilatore a soffitto, zanzariere e barre d’acciaio; il soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale (per 2 persone in più), due comode poltrone, due tavolini da caffè e tv 42″ a schermo piatto con oltre 100 canali internazionali; il nuovo bagno ha un lavandino molto particolare, un grande specchio, belle piastrelle con mosaico, il water e una grande doccia con ante scorrevoli in cristallo temperato e pavimento in travertino. Il patio coperto ha un tavolo con 2 sedie e il giardino tutto intorno e’ con prato, solarium, palme e una bella amaca. Nell’appartamento ci sono anche prese americane da 110 volt e prese europee da 220 volt con tutti gli adattatori. È inoltre disponibile gratuitamente la connessione Internet veloce con fibra ottica a 300 MBps di velocità in download e 100 MBps in upload con cavo Ethernet, wireless (Wi-Fi), acqua, luce, lenzuola (cambio ogni settimana), asciugamani (cambio ogni 3-4 giorni), attrezzatura per lo snorkeling e boogie boards. Nel giardino c’è anche una doccia esterna con 3 pompe e accanto alla proprietà un ampio parcheggio. Offriamo ai nostri ospiti una vasta selezione di attrezzature da noleggio per sport acquatici come Surf, Windsurf, Kite e anche noleggio auto. Great stay at Royal Palms!
[:en]Great stay at Royal Palms! The apartment is very spacious with a large well-kept garden area that feels quite private. Stefano and Elisabetta were extremely responsive and on hand for any questions or difficulties we ran into. Location is just across the road from the beach but in a really quiet area, with a lovely family friendly beach bar/restaurant at the end of the street. I'd highly recommend staying here![:]

[:en]Highly recommend!! This was the second place we stayed while on our honeymoon in Barbados. It is one of four apartments in the building with a shared yard, but you have your own little patio space with a table, chairs, and a lounge chair. We found it to still have a lot of privacy even with the shared environment. The apartment and surrounding area was gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. We kept the windows open the entire time to enjoy the incredible breeze and didn’t end up needing AC at all. We loved staying there for the week and enjoyed the peacefulness of being a little outside of town. Stefano was very friendly and quick to respond if we needed anything. We were very sad to leave and hope to return![:]

Royal Palms Apartment - I was impressed by how friendly...
[:en]We are a family of 4 and stayed at Stefano's place for 2 weeks over the Christmas holidays.
I was impressed by how friendly and helpful Stefano has been, he gave us a lot of suggestions about the activities to do and see and even arranged an airport transfer for us.
The place itself was even better than it looked in the picture, very clean and fitted with new furniture and appliances.
We would definitely recommend staying with Stefano on your next trip to Barbados![:]

La loro casa ha un sacco di stoviglie per cucinare , uno splendido giardino che noi abbiamo utilizzato tantissimo e la possibilità nel caso dell’aria condizionata ( che non abbiamo utilizzato perché non ci piace ma che sarebbe servita )
Rapporto qualità prezzo buono rispetto alle altre abitazioni che si trovano qua a Barbados,
Location a 2 passi dal mare .
A 1 km e mezzo da un mare adatto ai bimbi .
Noi avevamo La macchina utile in questo caso per la spesa .

Transport from the airport to Stefano's with Rodney, a very charismatic driver who stopped at a mini market before reaching destination, was a bonus. Did my morning run on the beautiful coast trail stunning sunrises. Private little beaches with lots of trees to shelter from the sun are amazing. Bring your hammock! Wingfoilers, kitesurfers, windsurfers and surfers or fans this is your spot! Nature & beach lovers too! This spot is in a quite neighbourhood, villas in front an Stefano's spot right across the street. Cant see the sea but definitely hear and smell it very well. Hearing the waves at night and having this wonderful brise throughout the apartment made my night! Surfer's bay restaurant, 5 min walk, campfire and vast land just to relax unique setting right on the edge of the shore amazing view of the sea. Get fresh fish at the Oinstin fish market it's a must! thank you Stefano and take care[:]

Payments
After deciding to proceed with the booking of the selected apartment, you have 3 different types of payment:
- Wire Bank Transfer
Make it to our bank account without charges for our side within a maximum of 4 days after our booking confirmation; any bank charge or exchange fee debited to us from your correspondent banks, will be charged at the arrival. The balance (if the booking is less than 30 days before the arrival) must be paid in US dollars on arrival directly here in Barbados, unless you decide to pay directly the total amount. Please remember to send us a copy of the bank transfer via email as soon as you do it, with also our "ORDER NUMBER" as the motivation.
- Credit Card
We also accept Visa and Master Card, so that you can even pay your booking safely from your home, at an additional cost of 3.5% on the top of the transaction (bank costs for the service).
- Paypal:
We also accept PayPal payments that you can do safely from your home too, at an additional cost of 4% on the total of the transaction (for the service fee).
Security Deposit
The security deposit against loss, damage, or extraordinary cleaning is 200 USD for all Apartments except for Blue Ocean Villa, Cotton Bay, Sea-Winds Apartment # 5 and Beyond Apartment, for which is 400 USD; the security deposit is required upon arrival in cash in US dollars and will be refund at the end of the stay. If at the end of your stay there will be find a damage to the apartment or to its goods, the management reserves the right to claim a compensation to the host and / or withhold the partial or total deposit.
