The particular name of this apartment is originated from the beautiful tree located in front of the entrance, which has very fragrant pink and purple flowers. It consists of a bright bedroom with a comfortable double queen bed, a sofa bed for an eventual extra person, high quality cotton bed sheets with nice design, bed side tables, lamps, ceiling fan, wardrobe, safe and two large windows, one of which overlooks the covered patio, safe, security bars, 32″ flat Tv, 100 international channels, Radio, Telephone (local calls). In the patio there are table, chairs, sunbed, hammock and the garden all around with lawn, a frangipani tree and palm trees; the fully equipped kitchen has a table with 3 chairs, gas stove with 4 burners and oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, kitchen cabinets, Italian coffee machine, American coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, a ceiling fan etc; the new bathroom has a very particular sink, a big mirror, beautiful tiles with mosaic, the toilet and a large shower. There are also 110 volt sockets (with American sockets) and 220 volts sockets with 10/16 with European and German system, ceiling fan and mosquito screens. It’s also available free of charge a fast Internet connection with Optic Fiber with 300 MBps of speed in download and 100 MBps in upload with Ethernet cable, wireless connection (Wi-Fi), 32″ Flat TV with more than 100 international channels, water, light, bed linens, bath towels (not for the beach), snorkeling gear and boogie boards. In the garden there is also an outdoor shower with few hoses and next the property a big parking area. We offer our guests a wide selection of water sport equipment for rentals such as Surf, Windsurf, Kite and car rental.

Has arranged the pick-up for us, check-in and also check-out went very smoothly, gave us advises what to do or where we get stuff, Wlan worked well, kitchen has all the things which you need for cooking, everything was new renovated and absolutely lovely decorated. He even provided an additional service with changing the towels and the bed linen. If you are looking for an quiet place in an neighborhood with locals, this is the right place. My favourite spot on the island.
[:en]Frangipani Apartment - in Sweet Jewel Apartments. Very relaxing stay! Out of the way of the hustle of Oistens, yet only 5-10 minutes away ( by car, bus or taxi) Stefano and Elisabetta are at your service if you need help with anything.Ask them anything they are more then willing to help out.
There is a great place to eat and have a drink steps away It's called Surfers Pub.
Great walks along the shore are steps away. Very close to kite surfers paradise, you can do it or watch it.
Constant breezes are so refreshing.
If you like to explore on your own, a car is very helpful, but not necessary. Stefano will help you with that too.
Just ask Stefano, he'll get you started.

Frangipani Apartment - Location is the best on the island and a nice mix of local houses..
[:en]We booked the apartment late and did not realise Barbados was such a popular place during the Christmas Holiday season. Stefano was super communicative for a long period before and during our stay. He also helped us find a rental car (which was not easy) and gave us recommendations regarding places to Kite, Windsurf and surf.
Location is the best on the island and a nice mix of local houses and international people's holiday homes.
Apartments are super simple and have all you need to cook at home.

Fell asleep in the hammock and drifted away with the breeze coming off the ocean--if it's a cool night you can't sleep with the windows open and hear the waves crashing. Dover beach is close by and it's an amazing spot to frequent from here. You can get the quiet and have access to all of Oistins. Barbados is very small so everything is 20-30 mins away regardless. The apartment is located in a very peaceful part of Silver Sands right by the ocean, within walking distance to a couple of beaches, the closest of which felt like we had to ourselves during our stay which was amazing. There was also a beautiful sea-front bar/restaurant that had live music ~100m down the road.
Getting around to the busier parts including Oistins, St Lawrence Gap and Bridgetown was super easy! There were frequent buses every 2/3mins nearby that take you to these locations - we found this to be an awesome way of seeing Barbados and spending time with the locals who are the nicest people I have ever met!
We didn’t hire a car during our stay, as we made use of the buses to take us around the island. We visited the main botanical gardens in the center of the island easily using the public transport. I’m sure hiring a car would’ve useful to visit more parts of the island especially the northern areas.[:]

The apartment has everything we needed. We like to cook our own meals and appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked. Comfortable bed. Great little seating area on the veranda. The apartment is within walking distance to several beaches. I was even able to walk all the way to Eastern end of Long Bay, along the coast from the path located just outside the apartment. I was also able to jog over to Miami/Enterprise Beach. We enjoyed strolling the path in front of Surfer's Bay restaurant in the evenings. Payments
After deciding to proceed with the booking of the selected apartment, you have 3 different types of payment:
- Wire Bank Transfer
Make it to our bank account without charges for our side within a maximum of 4 days after our booking confirmation; any bank charge or exchange fee debited to us from your correspondent banks, will be charged at the arrival. The balance (if the booking is less than 30 days before the arrival) must be paid in US dollars on arrival directly here in Barbados, unless you decide to pay directly the total amount. Please remember to send us a copy of the bank transfer via email as soon as you do it, with also our "ORDER NUMBER" as the motivation.
- Credit Card
We also accept Visa and Master Card, so that you can even pay your booking safely from your home, at an additional cost of 3.5% on the top of the transaction (bank costs for the service).
- Paypal:
We also accept PayPal payments that you can do safely from your home too, at an additional cost of 4% on the total of the transaction (for the service fee).
Security Deposit
The security deposit against loss, damage, or extraordinary cleaning is 200 USD for all Apartments except for Blue Ocean Villa, Cotton Bay, Sea-Winds Apartment # 5 and Beyond Apartment, for which is 400 USD; the security deposit is required upon arrival in cash in US dollars and will be refund at the end of the stay. If at the end of your stay there will be find a damage to the apartment or to its goods, the management reserves the right to claim a compensation to the host and / or withhold the partial or total deposit.
