The Blue Ocean Villa’s design has been conceived to offer our guest a big and brighter open space and also for let them enjoy the very pleasant oceanic breeze constantly present in this part of the island. The apartment is located at the first floor and is built in masonry and Kabakalli an exotic wood native from Guyana, precious, compact, very hard and from its very elegant aspect. Blue Ocean Villa has a very big open-space dining / living / kitchen area, fully furnished with all accessories such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, cups, gas stove with four burners and gas oven, fridge with freezer, dish-washer, toaster, ice-cream machine, bread machine, coffee machine and all the necessary items to render the kitchen operative for every need
The dining-room is very bright and airy and it’s equipped with retractable mosquito screens, 2 comfortable sofas, 110/220 volt plugs (American, Canadian, English, Italian, German and French sockets), a synthetic-rattan bower, two tables (one for 6 people), 32″ Flat TV with more than 100 International Channels, CD player with radio and electric iron. Three large french doors are faced to the verandah which is equipped with table and chairs, 2 harm chairs both made of synthetic-rattan and a barbecue, where it’s possible to admire the magnificent ocean (from here the apartment’s name) which is only 70 meters far and moreover during the day it’s also possible to follow the sea turtles and sometimes the whales.
From the dining-room you can reach the loft through a wooden staircase where you can find two bedrooms (both with windows, shutters and mosquito screens): Sunrise bedroom with a double queen bed, bed side tables, wardrobe, armchair, an extra single bed and Sunset bedroom with a double French bed, wardrobe, chair and bed side tables. Both rooms have their own Air Conditioned which is available at a supplement per night or per day due to the high cost of energy on the island. The bathroom is equipped with hair dryer, wash basin, toilette and a very large shower.
On Request a baby-cot/crib up to 5 years including bed linen, pillow and protections is available with a small supplement. All windows and shutters are with mosquito screen; there are also two fans, a safe, electric iron with ironing board, books, table games, information guide book of the place and Barbados island with excursion leaflets, brochures and maps. Free High Speed Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection available (300 MBps of download speed and 100 MBps in upload. (For 1-5 people maximum).

FABULOUS STAY IN PARADISE! After reading reviews for hours we finally decided upon Blue Ocean Villa in Christ Church, Barbados. From the initial correspondence to arrival and through departure, Stefano (the owner) was attentive to detail and always readily available to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our transfers both to and from the airport were both punctual and courteous (Rodney, our driver, even brought us by a small grocery upon arrival to pick up a few necessities before dropping us at Blue Ocean). The sound of crashing waves and the beauty of the turquoise blue water never grew tiring as we sat on the verandah at various times throughout the day. We were very close to some quality surf breaks that were either in walking distance or a few minutes drive by car (Freights is a must). The villa was very well equipped with all the various accoutrements to be able to cook while on extended holiday, but why would you want to toil in the kitchen with Oistin's or Surfer's Cafe only 5 minutes drive away, or the hidden gem, Surfer's Bay, only a few minutes walk down the road on one of the most beautifully, peaceful stretches of jagged coral and sandy beach on the south coast. The property is well-taken care of, the owners (Stefano and Elizabetta) are wonderful, and the Bajan population are so friendly. This would be the only place we would ever consider staying when we go back to, what we consider to be, one of the most beautiful places on the planet.

PRENUPTIAL CELEBRATION! ***** We are a group of five friends in our mid-twenties. We chose Blue Ocean because its online reviews suggested a well appointed cottage in the beautiful Silver Sands area. We were not disappointed. The online pictures of Blue Ocean accurately reflect its character and charm. Even though it is in a safe area, the facility's security is impressive and reassuring. Between two guest bedrooms upstairs plus a foldout couch downstairs, we had more than enough space. We paid for extra air conditioning unnecessary but one considers the night breeze, but was a nice luxury. We had plenty of space, not only to sleep, but to relax. The outdoor patio boasted an amazing dining space that optimized the ocean view. All rooms, including the bathroom, were spotless on arrival. Generally, the house was very well maintained. The kitchen facilities and outdoor barbecue were excellent! We bought fresh fish from Oistins and barbecued on our ocean front patio daily. The location in this Silver Sands neighbourhood was wonderful. There was a culture of kindness among the surrounding homes and we got to know many people during our stay! Steve's Surf Bar is 1 minute away and is one of the most fun places to chill. The cottage was also a 5 minute walk away to the city bus, which made Oistins, St. Lawrence Gap and Bridgetown easily accessible. There are two beaches very close by, including Deaction Beach where the famous Brian Talma gives lessons in windsailing, kiteboarding, Suping and surfing. We had an incredible time with him. Miami (Enterprise) Beach is further (a scenic 30 minute walk) but was our favourite beach to swim in. Stefano and Elizabetta were kind and welcoming. Staying in the apartment next door to us, they were available whenever we had any questions. The were friendly without being obtrusive. We truly had a pleasant stay at Blue Ocean thanks to their diligence and hospitality.

BLUE OCEAN VILLA - PERFECT SPOT FOR A SPORT VACATION! ***** Whether you look for windsurf - kitesurf or surf, Kabakalli apartments are perfectly located. My husband, my daughter (21) and I had a fantastic stay in Blue Ocean Villa from 10 to 19 March. Near Silver Sands beach and Surfer's Point in a quiet area far from big hotels, this confortable chattel house is the perfect spot if you need cleanliness, comfort and relax. Stefano and Elisabetta, the owners are really nice and helpful and we really appreciated their hints and their company in the morning or evening on the way back from the beach. Stefano helped us to rent a car so that we could visit a lot of interesting places all around the island. The villa is spacious with a nice kitchen, a big fridge, dishwasher, big shower, and everything you need. But what we liked best was the wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean perfect for breakfast and dinner. We still miss that place and we recommend it to everyone looking for a warm and friendly atmosphere. All the best to Stefano and Eli and a special hug to Maya.

BLUE OCEAN VILLA IS WONDERFUL ALL AROUND! ***** My husband, our two 20 something daughters and I had a fantastic 8 days in Barbados at the Blue Ocean Villa. Our hosts Stefano and Elisabetta were wonderful, very helpful with directions and recommendations for places to see and places to eat. As it turned out we ended up spending most of our time right in the area of the Villa as my husband enjoyed windsurfing almost everyday, (a 5 minute walk up the shoreline to the launch at Silver Sands Beach), and my daughters and I were happy just soaking up the sun and surf. We had most of our meals right on the covered balcony dining area of the Villa overlooking the ocean. It was great to have a kitchen, as the restaurants were out of our budget. There is a funky little beach bar just a 2 minute walk from Blue Ocean for a drink, late lunch or dinner. If you love the beach culture, love to surf, windsurf or kite board, this is the area to be in. The vibe at Blue Ocean Villa is warm, casual and fun and I highly recommend a stay here if going to Barbados.

GREAT STAY ***** - We are 3 french families with children and we have spent 12 days in Blue Ocean villa + Yellow bird apartment. We have really enjoyed our stay in the house.Everything was ok . The owner is very kind and make you fell at home. We have really enjoyed the BBQ on the terrace with the view on the sea. It is a very nice and quite area. I recommend you this accomodation and I advice you to go to Surfers bay cafA to drink a Banks!

After deciding to proceed with the booking of the selected apartment, you have 3 different types of payment:
- Wire Bank Transfer
Make it to our bank account without charges for our side within a maximum of 4 days after our booking confirmation; any bank charge or exchange fee debited to us from your correspondent banks, will be charged at the arrival. The balance (if the booking is less than 30 days before the arrival) must be paid in US dollars on arrival directly here in Barbados, unless you decide to pay directly the total amount. Please remember to send us a copy of the bank transfer via email as soon as you do it, with also our "ORDER NUMBER" as the motivation.
- Credit Card
We also accept Visa, Master Card, Discovery and American Express so that you can even pay your booking safely from your home, at an additional cost of 3.5% on the top of the transaction (bank costs for the service).
- Paypal:
We also accept PayPal payments that you can do safely from your home too, at an additional cost of 4% on the total of the transaction (for the service fee).
Security Deposit
The security deposit against loss, damage, or extraordinary cleaning is 200 USD for all Apartments except for Blue Ocean Villa, Cotton Bay, Sea-Winds Apartment # 5 and Beyond Apartment, for which is 400 USD; the security deposit is required upon arrival in cash in US dollars and will be refund at the end of the stay. If at the end of your stay there will be find a damage to the apartment or to its goods, the management reserves the right to claim a compensation to the host and / or withhold the partial or total deposit.
