The Tropical Gecko Studio (Garden view – ground floor – 1/2 persons max). The particular name of this studio is originated from a beautiful spotted Tropical Gecko from Indonesia, who lives 10 meters far from the studio.

The Studio consists of one room with double queen bed, sheets of high quality cotton, 2 windows with security bars and retractable mosquito screens, 2 bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and kitchenette with all the necessary: 4 gas stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, cabinets with Italian coffee maker, American coffee maker , toaster, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, etc; a small lobby leads to the bathroom which has sink, toilet and a large shower.

At the the entrance the Studio has a large covered patio with a table, chairs, sofa, hammock and garden with lawn on two sides around. There are also 110 volt plugs (with American system) and 220 volts (Italian and European sockets), ceiling fan, security steel bars, mosquito screens, air conditioning at a night supplement. It’s also available free of charge the fastest Internet connection on the island with Fiber Optic with 300 MBps of speed in download and 100 MBps in upload with Ethernet cable, wireless (WiFi), 32″ Flat screen Tv, 100 international channels, Phone (local calls), water, light, Bed linens (weekly change), bath towels (change every 3-4 days), snorkel gear and boogie boards.  Air Conditioned is available at a night supplement. In the garden there is also an outdoor shower, few hoses and next the property a parking space.
